I love this quote. With all the change happening today, mergers, acquisitions, changes in political and economic landscapes, change management skills are critical. If your leaders are not working together and collectively leading through change, you may be left behind by companies that understand and require their leaders to ditch the “take it or leave it attitude” and lead through difficult times. This requires leaders who can articulate a vision and inspire the team to follow, if you have those leaders hold on tight they are in demand!
